ERAP: Guilty or Not Guilty?

It has been so long since the hearing of the criminal cases filed against Former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada. Now this coming September 19 after the rigid yet slow usual process of justice in the country is said to be the day of judgment for ERAP, the president for the so-called MASA. What would be it, will it be GUILTY or NOT? What do you think are the drawbacks that might happen when the decision will be made? I can’t wait for that day to come.
